论企业文化创新
【摘要】：企在企业创新体系中,文化创新为企业发展提供了新的价值观念和经营理念,并且成为企业扩张的内在精神动力。企业文化创新是企业价值观、经营理念、思维方式的变革,也是企业的自我超越。创新企业文化还要改变传统的企业教育及再教育模式,营造企业的核心竞争力和构建创新型企业文化。创新型企业文化就是追求卓越的企业文化。通过创新的企业文化，突破与企业实际经营管理脱节的僵化的文化理念和观点的束缚，实现向贯穿于全部创新过程的新型经营管理方式的转变。
